Here’s how you can whiten your teeth with a strawberry: you mash it up with a fork, you add half a teaspoon of baking soda and then you dip your toothbrush into the mixture. Apply it to the teeth and let it set for 5 minutes and brush your teeth.
Eating cheese is a great way to combat acid erosion in your teeth. So eat a piece of cheese after every meal and you’ll see the difference. Of course, don’t forget to brush as usual.
