Three Delicious Paleo Breakfast Ideas

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it has to be nutritious and to give us energy for the rest of the day or at least until we decide to have lunch. But breakfast also needs to be an easy and light meal. In this case, a paleo breakfast seems like a wonderful option. You can use anything you want: spinach, olives, peppers, tomato, etc. You can also add salsa or guacamole to add some extra flavor. The instructions are very simple. Sauté the veggies and whisk the eggs in a small bowl. Pout the eggs over the veggies and scramble the mix with a spatula. This is another fast and easy recipe, perfect if you want to start your day on a positive note. It will give you plenty of energy to get through the first part of the day. The ingredients you’ll need are 2 small sweet potatoes, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 sausages, half of an yellow onion, 4 eggs, ½ c of coconut milk, quarter tablespoon of sage and salt and pepper. Preheat the oven, grate the potatoes and put them in a greased glass baking dish. Then heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the chopped onion and sausages. Season them nicely and then add them to the sweet potatoes. Then put the eggs, sage, coconut milk and some salt and pepper into the blender and give them a nice mix. Banana and bacon.

This is a perfect recipe for those mornings when all you have are a few minutes before you need to go to work yet you can’t ignore a nutritious breakfast. It’s a strange combination but it works wonderfully. So take a banana that’s semi-ripe and 2 pieces of thick bacon. Heat a skillet and cut the bacon onto small pieces. Put it in the pan and make it crispy. Then slice the banana into rounds and add them to the bacon. Cook them on each side for 2 or 3 minutes to get them caramelized.
