Asparagus Lasagna


Combine sun-dried tomatoes and basil in a food processor and then stir in half a cup of Parmesan. Saute some leeks, onion and garlic, add asparagus and cook for another 4 minutes. Mix with ricotta, salt and black pepper. Sprinkle some sun-dried tomato pesto onto a baking dish, put some lasagna sheets, half the mixture, mozzarella and then another layer. Lasagna with Mushrooms & Kale

Saute onion and green pepper, then toss in garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Combine ricotta, cottage cheese, egg, kale and mushrooms and mix in the sauteed ingredients. Take a slow cooker, put some marinara sauce on the bottom, some noodles and then the mixture. Top with some more sauce and repeat. Winter Vegetable Lasagna.

Roast vegetables (squash, cabbage, onion, cauliflower) for 20-30 minutes. Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt and add lasagne noodles. Combine black beans, corn, green onions, cilantro, oregano, garlic powder, cumin and salt in a bowl. Spread a layer of tomatoes over the bottom of a baking dish, then layer some lasagna noodles and 1/3 of the bean mixture. Repeat two more times and sprinkle cheese on top. Lasagna Recipes with Ricotta Cheese.

Combine ricotta and Parmesan cheese with salt and pepper. In a lasagna pan, spread a layer of pasta sauce, a quarter of the cheese mixture, spinach mixture and repeat. Remove and sprinkle Swiss cheese on top.{found on site}.
